My 30 year fixed TODAY is @ 5.25% for purchases & 5.375% for refinances. Spread the word. There are so many programs out there for your clients.

If anyone works with HUD homes, there is a program that all it takes is $100 for a client to get into a HUD home & up to $2,500 toward closing costs, fixing up the home, etc……

FHA still can be 100% financing with 3.5% down payment coming from a gift from a family member & the other 3% coming from a seller. Of course we can’t forget VA which truly is a wonderful 100% program for our vets out there. We also have our Doctor’s Program, which is 100% financing with No mortgage insurance. Our NO FEE Mortgage that requires 10% down, but No Mortgage insurance. If I can be of help or even a 2^nd opinion to any of your clients, my contact information is below.
